Care Beyond Borders

The Next Chapter of Project Elevate Her

From the high Himalayas to the most remote continent on Earth, Project Elevate Her continues its global journey with two extraordinary challenges: climbing Mount Vinson, Antarctica's highest peak, and skiing the Last Degree to the South Pole.

This expedition explores how geography, distance, and limited healthcare resources can create barriers to diagnosis and treatment for women and girls living with bleeding disorders - and why access to care should never depend on where someone lives.

Seven Summits. Five Continents. One mission to elevate women’s voices worldwide.

Expedition Overview

  • Mount Vinson (4,892 m) - Antarctica's highest mountain
  • Ski the Last Degree: Approximately 111 km to the geographic South Pole

Summit Letters

From the summit of Mount Vinson to the journey toward the South Pole, the Summit Letter Series continues to carry voices from the global bleeding disorders community into some of the world's most remote environments. Each message is a reminder that distance should never determine a woman's access to diagnosis, treatment, or support.

Stories Behind the Summit

These stories are the reason behind Project Elevate Her. Each reflects a different experience navigating diagnosis, treatment, access to care, advocacy, and life with a bleeding disorder.

Beyond the Summit

The impact of Antarctica extends beyond reaching the summit or the South Pole. Through advocacy, storytelling, and global collaboration, this expedition will highlight the challenges of accessing specialized care across geographic distances and reinforce the importance of equitable diagnosis, treatment, and support for women and girls living with bleeding disorders.
